Qiang: the Bastard Son of the  Emperor in China who was given as a gift to him by the God Quan Ti –God of War. The Emperor favored Qiang over all of his other children.  In order to survive from being Slaughter by his older Brothers, Qiang was sent off to sea and was raised by a Pirate. Defying Quan Ti’s rule never to strike first, Qiang was over taken by Francisco at sea and became his first mate. Through his loyalty he becomes a captain of Francisco’s carrack, Qiang watches over Aluna and  hopes to once again be favored by his God.
